Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Pricewise account and data at any time.
In the app (instant)
- Open Profile (bottom-right tab)
- Scroll to the bottom → tap Delete my account…
- Type DELETE to confirm
By email
Email pricewisesupport@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account” — we'll complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account, email, name, shopping lists, favorites, saved locations, preferred stores, points and settings — permanently, immediately, unrecoverable.
What is not deleted
- Anonymous price entries from receipts you scanned — these were never linked to your identity.
- Payment records held by Apple/Google under their own policies.
⚠ Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google. Cancel first: iOS → Settings → your name → Subscriptions · Android → Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
